JD White and Sons (also referred to as We, Us, Our, JD Whites) are based outside Chippenham in Wiltshire and just outside Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire . We respect your privacy and do not keep payment details on file for any vehicles purchased or service provided.

When making a purchase with us we only collect the information that is necessary for processing the purchase or service. We may ask for your name, address, telephone number, email address and car registration. 

We keep a copy of works carried out so that we can process your order efficiently, manage our stock levels and continually improve the services and products we offer. 

We will not pass your details to any 3rd parties for marketing purposes without your prior approval. Only JD White and Sons employees will communicate with you regarding your purchase or enquiry while you are a customer of JD White and Sons. We will not use your details for marketing purposes. If you would like your contact details changed or removed from our records, please email your request to: info@jdwhites.co.uk and they will be deleted and not used except for historical accounting purposes. Should your data be breached or accessed unlawfully we will inform you that a breach has occurred. Only administrators that have been trained on the importance of GDPR have access to customer data.

By using this website and the products and services offered you are subject to the terms and conditions of JD White and Sons (also referred to as We, Us, Our or JD Whites) set out below and implies that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and you accept them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions whenever the need arises without prior notice.

PAYMENT, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We accept BACS or cash for payment for vehicles and services. For all vehicles sales, we request full payment before the vehicle leaves us, we do not offer finance. For vehicle storage an invoice will be sent at the beginning of each month to be paid immediately and for all other services payment to be made with on receipt of invoice. If you are unsure about any areas of work to be carried out, please ask our friendly staff before agreeing to any work and we'll be happy to help. There is an option to purchase a warranty should you wish for any vehicles purchased from us. However if you do not opt for this option vehicles are sold as seen. 

Please note that if you no longer require our services for vehicles storage, we require advance notice in writing to info@jdwhites.co.uk or telephone on 07765692393 to arrange a suitable time for collection for both parties. 

GENERAL

We reserve the right to change or withdraw any part of our website.

Any information, designs or pictures on the website may not be copied or used for any purpose by you. You are held responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions and are liable for any costs or loss caused to us as a result of your misuse.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only.
